Purchasing physical MaisdaPhotoArt via NFT´s
Maisda PhotoArt NFT´s are simply Ownership Certificates that are bond to the physical Art Pieces.
The NFT´s will be minted on "Campfire" and can be purchased with AVAX on different Exchanges, like joepegs, or else. ( later on it might be possible to use other CryptoCurrencies ) There will be MetaVerse Galleries on Avalanche, Ethereum and other Blockchains in the Future.
The Buyer of any NFT from maisdaphotoarts.fire will receive the physical Art-Piece that was purchased.
A verification Process of the Buyer is necessary to assure the Completion of the Process. A Shipping Address needs to be provided. (Different Terms apply, more Information follows below.)

Pricing
You are buying a physical Art Piece via a NFT, the Price includes the Costs for the highest possible Quality-Production & Shipping, 50% Royalties for MaisdaPhotoArts, 15-25% for non Profit good Causes/Charities (such as buildon.org for example). Those will be discussed and voted for on Discord within the Collectors Community. The Price for the Art was set on the 19th of June ´22 when AVAX was at 13.71 US$. Due to Volatility the Price may be adjusted accordingly from time to time to secure the Production-Costs (in Fiat), Income of the Artist and also the Funds for the Charity Causes. more info

Terms and Conditions of the Buying-Process (1st Purchase of any Item)
For the Collectors Safety and to avoid Fraud in the Future.
If a Holder of a NFT decides to trade the Item, it is possible to put the Production and Shipping Process of the Physical Item on Hold for 12 Months after the first, original Purchase from MaisdaPhotoArts. After this Period the physical Item needs to be claimed. The Holder will be informed and if he does not claim the Physical Art-Piece, it will never be produced. The Production and Shipping Costs will be added to the Funds for a good Cause. more info
The unproduced Item Number's will be listed here on a separate Site and anyone buying the NFT in the Future has no Right to claim the unproduced Item. The Value than lies simply in the NFT itself.
Once a NFT Holder decides to claim the physical Item, she/he has to complete a verification Process. The Verification will happen via Video-Chat with MaisdaPhotoArts on Discord.
Any non trading Movement (Transfer to a safety Device for Example) of the NFT has to be communicated to MaisdaPhotoArts by the Owner via a Ticket on Discord.
Once the Verification-Process has been completed, the Production and Shipping of the physical Item will be set in Motion.
(The personal Data shared with MaisdaPhotoArts will be stored safely and only accessible to Daniel Mais, or the Person in Charge for Shipping or Future Sales Processes)
Shipping: The Items will be send only to Home-Addresses, no Storages, no Company Addresses or what not.
The MasterPrints 1/1 will be delivered by the Producing Company in accompaniment with the Artist Daniel Mais himself to the Owners themselves, if they would like to meet him. The Date of the Delivery will be communicated and agreed on by both Parties. <
After the Delivery, the Digital Data of the ArtPieces will be deleted from all Hard-Drives to ensure the Exclusivity of each MasterPrint.
The framed Pieces will be shipped with a professional, insured Art-Shipping-Company from Germany in a proper Container to avoid any Damages.

Selling or buying digital/physical MaisdaPieces on secondary Marketplaces
Once a physical ArtPiece was claimed, the Owners can still trade the Item as a Pair with their NFT, as the Holder of the NFT is the official Owner of the physical Art-Piece. (a Buying-Transaction must be provided - stolen NFTs can't be claimed as a physical Item)
The Sellers should have the additional Transport-Costs in Mind.
A Royalty Fee of 6% is build into the NFT Contract (50% go to the Good Cause-Fund and 50% to the Artist) more info
MaisdaPhotoArts will not be held accountable for any Transactions gone wrong on Secondary Markets.
We can provide a Service as Trust Fund Holders, to ensure a safe Transfer of physical Items, NFTs and Trading Funds. ( Can be required on Discord, when needed.)

Gone means gone!
If you are collecting physical Art, you should insure your Valuables properly. Lost, stolen, destroyed NFTs or physical Items have to be reported by the Holder/Owner to MaisdaPhotoArts to be registered for a possible Investigation via a Ticket on Discord or any other way of Communication, that was established between the Owner and MaisdaPhotoArts. Those can not be claimed again from MaisdaPhotoArts.
Burning MaisdaPhotoArts NFTs
If a Collector decides to purchase more than 1 NFT of the same Image and wants to burn the extra NFT(s) before the physical ArtPiece was produced and claimed they may just do so. A possible increasing of the Value for the remaining NFTs may happen, but can't be ensured by MaisdaPhotoArts.
It needs to be communicated via a Ticket on Discord or any other way of Communication, that was established between the Owner and MaisdaPhotoArts. We will be providing a Burning Address to be sure of the Process. The burned Items will be listed on the same Page as the lost, stolen and destroyed Ones.
Since the physical Items of burned NFT will not be produced, the secured Funds for Production and Transport will be added to the Good Cause Funds.
