"Échappez de moi-même" was shot in 2015 in Berlin-Germany.
After creating "ONE LOVE" in 2013 it went quite around Daniel, a new depression has taken place in his life, after something terrible has happened. He partially managed to work himself out of this hole of misery, that kept coming back over the next years. How ever he also kept putting work into his Art as the misery was his muse. In 2014 he registered for the "Berliner Liste 2015) an Art Convention Week that repeats every Year in Berlin. He forced himself to create more of the MAISDA PIECES.
"Échappez de moi-même" (Escaping from myself) is the Result of this Era. It shows how the Soul and the Heart (reddish area around the breast area) are leaving the physical Body as one. Since this Piece was intended, there is no Series to it.
It was bought at the Event by a wealthy Supporter and Friend of Daniel Mais, when he actually fell into a deep Hole. Value back than would have been 98 Bitcoin in Sept 2015. This dear Friend died in June 2022. His Son is holding on to the Piece, since it was hanging in Front of his Bed-Room in the Hallway and has become a Memory of living with his Father.
The Graphic is an Art-Piece, that was created in 2015 in Germany-Berlin. It took Weeks to figure out the right Filter Settings, Color Palette, to de-pixel the fine lines and finally finish the first Piece of its Kind. When you take a real good look, you will see, that there are actually two images merged together.
The ArtPiece was cropped and fit for the Hallway of the Buyer.
